PostalMethods’ Control Panel allows you to access your account and provides you a status on any documents mailed online.
Control Panel – Activity Section
  1. Quick view of important information appearing in a “heads-up display”
  2. Each line represents a letter and displays preview data
  3. When a line is expanded, detailed letter information is displayed, including the full recipient address
  4. Action links allow viewing the sent file; previewing how a letter will look inside its envelope; an option to hide the record from appearing in the activity table; and an option to cancel the processing of a letter.



Control Panel – Account Management

The Account tab is visible only to users with Administrator permissions. You can:

  • Add, edit and delete users in your account
  • Purchase new prepaid cards
  • View past billing information, activity and invoices
  • Order PostalMethods to automatically purchase new prepaid cards for you whenever your balance is low
  • Update the credit card stored in the system
  • Edit your contact details and details you would like to appear on the invoice



Control Panel – User Settings Section

Default settings can be set per user in the User Settings tab. You can:

  • Change user’s time zone to affect the date and time values displayed anywhere in the system
  • Control security settings and change your password
  • Set default paper size, print options, envelope type, postcard size, print color and mail priority

Automatic status feedback can be enabled or disabled per user. Feedback is sent automatically by PostalMethods upon changes in a letter’s status.

Use the PostalMethods Web Form to send letters quickly and easily. Just write the recipient and return addresses, write the content of the letter or paste content from MS Word and send the letter on its way.
