Address Changes

I've tread through and understand the changes that happen for address verification: http://www.postalmethods.com/resources/developers-guide/address-verifica...

My question, I've noticed that in addition to making the address all CAPS, my rendered addresses have also lost the font formatting I applied to them in Word. They've changed to a sans-serif font. Is there anything I can do about this?

Thanks,
Greg Williams

Dear Greg, The address,

Dear Greg,

The address, provided by the user, is verified and corrected. If needed, the destination country name is added as well. The whole area of the address window is superimposed with a white rectangle, covering anything placed in that area. The corrected address is then placed in the address window, using font Arial size 9 (all uppercase), which allows six lines to fully appear through the address window. The font cannot be changed. Return address is not touched.
I hope this information is helpful.
If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Have you tried making it

Have you tried making it again? I think having the address changed to sans-serif font is not a problem as long as you have the address corrected. That's a one problem a fleet service and postal services commonly encounter.

Thanks for the replies. The

Thanks for the replies. The font issue might be worth mentioning on the address verification page. Not a problem at all. Very impressed so far with PostalMethods. Thanks!
