How can I query the funds I have in my account programatically

Is there any way using the Postal Methods APIs to query how much funds I have left in my postalmethods account?

Yes. It is still undocumented but straightforward:
https://api.postalmethods.com/2009-02-26/admintools.asmx?op=GetBalance

Please note only users with "Administrator" permissions get the balance result.
