Return address / Undelivered

Hello,

I am a prospective customer in France, and I have a question about the return address :

1) Is this a standard one from Postal Methods, or can I include my own address in France ?
2) Does Postal Methods manage undelivered mail ? (= mail come back when address is not sufficient, not valid, moved, ...)
3) Is it possible to insert NO return address, but a commercial message which appear on the top window of the envelope.

and

4) Do you offer an envelope with no return address window ?

Thanks !
Vince

You can set your own return address when designing your letter.

Currently, mail is sent using the United States Postal Service (USPS) using First-Class stamps which means the USPS returns undeliverable mail to the address specified in the return address window. Please note that since part of the PostalMethods mailing process involves address verification of US addresses, there is only a small chance that letters will be undelivered. Read more.

Yes. The return address window is commonly used for branding. You may choose to show your company logo and maybe a brief message. However, the return address usually appears somewhere in the window as well. It is not commonly used for solely commercial messages, rather for branding - but it is for you to decide. Please note that undeliverable letters are destroyed by the postal agency if there is no return address.

>> 4) Do you offer an envelope with no return address window ?

Currently, no. We only offer the double window envelope which is the most commonly used business envelope.
