Add-in Does Not Show In The Ribbon And Is Disabled

Symptoms

• In the Mailing tab, the Finish & Merge button is grayed-out or the Send Letters via PostalMethods does not appear in the Finish & Merge list
  
• In the Add-in Management section, PostalMethods Word Mail Merge Add-In
  

Solution

1. In Word 2007, click the Microsoft Office Button
2. Click the Word Options button
   
3. In the categories pane, click Add-ins and in the Manage box, click Disabled Items, and then click Go
   
4. Select the add-in and click Enable
   
5. Click Close
