View Sent Letters In SAP R/3

PostalMethods provides email-to-post functionality for SAP R/3 and enables sending letters from SAP. This is step 5 of our How To Send Postal Letters From SAP guide.

Use the SOST transaction to view messages sent to PostalMethods. Each item in the queue represents either a postal letter or another email sent from SAP. Email messages sent to PostalMethods are always sent to send@letter.postalmethods.com. Look for this email address in the Recipient column to locate your letters.

The Status column indicates the status of the email message:

• Items with a yellow icon are email messages waiting to be sent to PostalMethods
• Items with a green icon are email messages that have been sent successfully to PostalMethods
• Items with a red icon failed to be sent by SAP
